Blitz Computer Services was set up solely by Ben Thomas after graduating De Montfort University with a First Class Honours Degree in Computer Science.
With over 10 years’ experience in the industry, Ben found it frustrating that large companies were not offering the high quality customer service he felt was required to support business and residential clients with their technology problems. A fast, jargon-free service with fair prices was sorely needed, especially as people rely daily on their technology devices in the modern world. This, Ben knew could be provided with his own company using his high regard for excellent customer service and thirst for up-to-date knowledge. Blitz has many happy and loyal customers spanning two large areas thanks to a recent move to East Yorkshire from the Midlands, having solved a huge variety of technology related issues ranging from malware removal and computer training all the way to writing bespoke e-commerce solutions for online stores.
